SOLAS safepass Requirements

    

1. Covid: Covid return to work form must be submitted at least 3 days in advance of attendance at Safepass to info@safepassmayo.training. Masks must be worn at all times. Please bring your own food and water for the day.
   
   
    

2. Arrive in good time: Late arrivals (15 minutes after start time) will not be admitted.
    

3. PPS Number (Irish): If you don’t have an Irish PPS Number, contact me (info@safepassmayo.training) 10 days prior to the course date to arrange the necessary paperwork for Solas to process the number.
    

4. Passport size photo x 1
    

5. 16 years is the minimum age for attendance.
    

6. Please park in the car park on the first right before the main house in Lough Lannagh village. The training venue is the building with the yellow door further down past the traffic barrier on the left.
    

7. Understand and speak English.
    

8. Cost must be fully paid on the day of the course.
    

9. Photographic identification (Photo ID) such as a driving licence, existing safepass card, public service card, passport, etc.
