Payments Policy
Payment in full is required prior to the commencement of the course. Places cannot be confirmed until a deposit or full payment is received. Payment methods are outlined in the booking form.
Refund Policy
Over 1 week cancellation notice: Full refund
Cancellations made less than 7 days of course date will incur the full course fee.
No refunds will be given for non-attendance or if no prior notice of cancellation is given.
Attendees should be in the training venue at least 15 minutes before the notified course start time. Attendees who arrive 15 minutes late will not be permitted on the course and all fees will be charged and are not refundable
In the event of an attendee failing an assessment, it is the responsibility of the attendee to arrange the date and payment for re-attending another Safepass course.
Substitution Policy
A substitute attendee can be named at any time before the event. There will be no additional cost for making a substitution.
Cancellation of Safepass
In the unlikely event that it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Mairéad Ludden to change the date, venue or instructor, Mairéad Ludden reserves the right to cancel an event up to and including the date of the event. We will strive to give as much notice as possible in such a case. In all cases, persons who registered to attend a cancelled Safepass will be given the option of a full refund or of rescheduling to a future Safepass date but we disclaim any further liability.
